The Isomac Tea Due is the second version of the popular Isomac Tea, a semi-automatic lever espresso machine that has a small footprint and, together with quality coffee beans and a coffee grinder, you will be able to make perfect espresso and silky steamed milk.
It comes with two pressure gauges, one for steam/boiler pressure and one for water/pump pressure. The Tea also has the commercial E61 group head, delivering beautiful espresso coffee via its heat exchange unit, allowing you to extract espresso and steam milk simultaneously.
There is always plenty of steam in the spout, at the same time as the machine is ready to brew the perfect espresso at the right temperature. With the help of the manometer, you can follow the pressure of the boiler close at the same time as you keep an eye on the steam spout.
