With years of technical experience and a focus on customer service, we ensure a seamless experience. We offer demonstrations, servicing, and repairs, helping customers maintain their machines and enjoy the perfect cup of coffee every day.

Service and repairs are done at our shop in Balgowlah, Sydney’s Northern Beaches (unless arranged otherwise), with fees starting at $159 for machines and $109 for grinders, plus parts. Focusing on select brands helps us maintain a 48-hour turnaround.

Although we do not service domestic coffee machines like Nespresso, Delonghi, Breville, Sunbeam, Saeco, SMEG, Jura, and Miele, we are happy to assist if you are considering upgrading to a professional espresso machine.
