All sales are subject to stock availability. Your order will be confirmed via email or phone, and you will be issued a Tax Invoice. Full payment must be received prior to any items being delivered or collected.

Please read our “Warranty Policy” and “Returns Policy” before making your purchase.

We make every effort to accurately record and describe the services and products available on this website by providing detailed information and images of the products. However, it is possible and reasonable to have small variances. If you notice any error or discrepancy, please notify us for rectification.

Prices

All prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice.  Prices are in Australian Dollars and include the 10% Goods and Services Tax, where applicable. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery charges are excluded and will be added at the shopping cart.

Warranty

Your new espresso coffee machine and/or coffee grinder comes with a full parts and labour (back-to-base) warranty for 12 months. Used machines are backed with 3 months parts and labour (back-to-base) warranty. We recommend equipment be returned in its original packaging. Please notify us via phone (02) 9949 3275 or email contact@espressoservicesplus.com prior to sending any machinery to us. Authorised back-to-base warranty items to be sent to the following address:

Returns Policy

If an item is incorrectly shipped, we will replace that item on the return of the incorrectly shipped item. Shipping will be organised by us and will be at our expense. In the case of a machine found to be “dead on arrival” or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 10 days of the invoice date. On the return of the faulty machine, we will determine whether to replace or repair any faulty items. All machines are tested prior to being shipped unless otherwise declared. No refunds or exchanges are offered.

Espresso Services Plus Pty Ltd has a commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. If you have received an email from us, then your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future (“opt-in”), or you have previously purchased or expressed interest in our products or services.
